Sand striped socks

These sand striped socks are made of Merino wool. This special wool type is one of the best wool types in the world. Wool is a natural fibre with a number of excellent qualities and unique properties. Wool ensures optimal wearing comfort, because wool ventilate very well. Production of the Woollen socks

Before you as a customer can wear these socks, they have gone through countless steps. First, the yarn is purchased from an Italian manufacturer and dyed in the correct colour. All socks are made under the OEKO TEX® quality mark, which means that no chemical toxins are used in the dyeing process of the yarn. Then the socks are knitted on circular knitting machines, after knitting the finishing is done manually. When this is completed, the socks are washed in bundles. This is necessary for a stronger yarn and to avoid most of the shrinkage at the customer. After washing, the socks are ironed on a heated metal mould.

Before shipment to the Netherlands, one final check for any defects is done piece by piece. But also in the Netherlands, one last check follows to approach perfection and to surprise you positively as a customer.
